Apeldoorn and Baart general practice

From Monday 30 June 2025, we will be working with a new software system. To make the transition to our new software system as smooth as possible, we will be closed from 12 noon on Friday 27 June. In the afternoon, we will only be available for emergencies.

In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

• From Thursday 26 June to Monday 30 June, it is not possible to request repeat prescriptions. We kindly ask you to request them on time.
• The Your Care Online portal will not be available from 27 June to 4 July, due to the system transition.

In the weeks after 30 June, waiting times on the phone and in the waiting room may be longer than you are used to from us. Our staff are doing their best, but still need to get used to the new system. We ask for your understanding for this temporary situation and thank you for your cooperation.
