Requesting repeat prescriptions

You can make repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day;

• Request by phone: To do so, call the practice at 0297 – 561 453. You will be presented with a selection menu. Then clearly speak your: name, date of birth, pharmacy, medicine(s) and number.
• Online applications: You can request repeat prescriptions online via your medical records.

Requests received before 12:00 noon will be processed the same day. Requests after 12:00 am we will process the next working day. You can collect the ordered medicine(s) after two working days from 16:00.
