During the summer, our GPs will be away on holiday at the following times:

• Mr Konijnendijk will be away from 20 July to 14 August.
• Ms Groenemeyer will be away from 16 July to 31 July.

Whilst they are away, the surgery will remain open as usual and their patients will be seen by locum GPs. As a result, you may not be seen by your own GP.

Every year, we invite patients to have a flu jab. Until now, you have received a letter by post to this effect. From this year onwards, we will be sending the invitation via text message to your mobile phone.

Why this change?
A text message is quicker, clearer and better for the environment. It allows us to keep you informed in a timely and straightforward manner. Text messages are also less likely to get lost than letters. In addition, we want to give you more options for changing your appointment and viewing information.

How can you be sure that the text message is from your GP?

• The name of our practice is mentioned in the message.
• The link begins with: https://mijn-vaccinatie.nl
• You will receive the text message at the end of the summer or in the autumn.
  

Please check with the receptionist to make sure we have your correct mobile number. That way, you can be sure you’ll receive the invitation.
