Do you often work at night? Here's how to stay healthy

If you work at night, the times you sleep and wake up are different. You may experience symptoms from this. For example, you may have trouble sleeping. Or you are very tired. Working a lot at night for many years also increases the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. That is why it is important to look at how you can work at night as healthily as possible. You can do a lot yourself. For example, eat healthily and exercise regularly.

Your employer should also arrange things for you so that you can work healthily. For example, making sure you have enough breaks. Do you work at night and have complaints? Or questions about your health? Discuss it with the company doctor.
