There are increasing numbers of people in the Netherlands with psychological complaints. Young people between 18 and 35 years in particular are more likely to have anxiety symptoms and gloomy feelings. This comes from a study by the Trimbos Institute.
Are you feeling gloomy or anxious or tense? Talk to someone you trust. Get up on time, exercise every day and eat healthy. And keep doing things that give you energy.
See your GP if you are gloomy most of the day for more than 2 weeks. Or if almost nothing interests you anymore.
