We would like to draw your attention to the following. Your GP practice uses an electronic patient record. On 30 June 2025, we will switch to a new system that will (even) better meet the care needs of the future. However, the transition requires a lot of preparation and adjustment by our team.

What does this mean for you?

• On Friday 27 June and Monday 30 June, the practice will be available for emergency medical care only.
• It will not be possible to request repeat prescriptions via the prescription line from Thursday 26 June to Monday 30 June, so please request them on time!
• The patient portal will be unavailable for 2 to 4 weeks after 23 June due to the transition.

Due to these changes, the waiting time may be temporarily longer than you are used to from us. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your cooperation.
