All consultations, including those with the assistant, are by appointment. The time we schedule for you depends on your question. This can vary from 10 to 20 minutes. It is therefore important that you tell the practice assistant how many questions you have. That way we take this into account in the planning. If you have more questions than you have indicated in advance, it is not possible to discuss them with the GP during the consultation. For some complaints it is not necessary to visit the doctor, and an advice or prescription is sufficient. Of course, you are not obliged to tell what you are coming for. And remember: even the assistant has her professional confidentiality.
Two mornings a month, GP Baart has consultation hours before 8am. Two evenings a month, GP Apeldoorn has consultation hours. These consultation hours are intended for people who cannot attend the regular consultation hours due to work/study. Appointments for these consulting hours can be made via the assistant; the fixed time for making appointments is in the morning between 08.00-10.30 hours.
You cannot reach the practice by phone before 8am and after 5pm. If you are unexpectedly late for your appointment, please let us know via the following e-mail address: asape@uhac.nl.
Home visits are for patients who cannot come to the practice for health reasons. As the opportunities for examination and treatment in the practice are better, we ask you to come to us if at all possible.If you would appreciate a home visit after discharge from hospital please let us know. Unfortunately, we often receive late notification from the hospital. You can request a home visit between 8am-10.30am.
