All visits to the GP or the assistant are by appointment. The time we take for you depends on your question. Usually it is between 10 and 20 minutes. If you have more questions, please let the assistant know. That way she can schedule more time if needed. Did you not mention this when making the appointment? Then the GP cannot deal with your extra questions. The assistant always asks what you are making an appointment for. She will probably be able to give advice. Or perhaps a prescription will suffice. Of course, you are not obliged to tell what you are coming for.
And remember: even the assistant has her professional confidentiality.
On certain Tuesdays, GP Maarse has an early consultation hour in the morning and GP Kruse a late consultation hour in the evening. These consultation hours are intended for people who work or study during the day. They cannot come to the regular consulting hours. You can make appointments for these consulting hours with the assistant. This can be done every working day between 08.00 - 10.00 in the morning.
Before 08:00 and after 17:00, the practice cannot be reached by phone. If you are unexpectedly late for your appointment, please use this e-mail address asape@uhac.nl let us know.
Every day, at the end of the morning, home visits are made. You can request these between 08.00 - 10.00. The doctor can then visit on the same day, if necessary. Of course, it is better to come to the practice. There you can be examined and treated better than at home. So if possible, we advise you to come to the practice.
