Repeat prescription

For your repeat prescriptions, 7 days a week, call the prescription line at 0297-568158 option 4 and then option 2.

To process your application, we need the following information:

• your name and date of birth;
• your phone number;
• The name, strength and quantity of the medicine;
• Whether it should be delivered.

If you have any questions about the repeat medication, please contact the assistant, choose option 4.
