In life-threatening situations, always call 112. For other emergencies during opening hours, select option 1 on the telephone so that we can prepare for your arrival.
The practice is open on working days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on Thursday afternoons, when the practice is closed. For emergencies on Thursday afternoons, please contact the practice of Doctor Nap where until 5 p.m. via 0297 – 56 93 02.
We kindly request that you use the designated telephone hours. From 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., you can make appointments for consultation hours or by telephone, seek advice, receive results, or ask questions to the assistant. From 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., you can request home visits.
Our practice assistants are trained in triage and can make an accurate assessment of your symptoms by asking specific questions. They can answer many questions independently and give advice, always in consultation with the GP. It is best for the patient to call themselves, so that specific questions can be asked about how they are feeling. If desired or necessary, the assistant will help assess whether and within what time frame an appointment with the GP is needed. All assistants are bound by confidentiality.
Please contact the assistant in good time if you are unable to attend an appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the reserved treatment time will be charged.
