Appointment office

All visits to the GP or the assistant are by appointment. The time we take for you depends on your question. Usually it is between 10 and 20 minutes. If you have more questions, please let the assistant know. That way she can schedule more time if needed. Did you not mention this when making the appointment? Then the GP cannot deal with your extra questions. The assistant always asks what you are making an appointment for. She will probably be able to give advice. Or perhaps a prescription will suffice. Of course, you are not obliged to tell what you are coming for.

And remember: even the assistant has her professional confidentiality.

Telephone call-back consultation

There is a telephone call-back consultation hour between 1.15 pm and 1.45 pm. This call-back time is for questions and complaints you want to discuss with the GP or that cannot be answered by the practice assistant. You will then be called back by one of the GPs. In general, it is difficult to assess your health over the phone. It may therefore sometimes be necessary to make an appointment for the consultation hour.

Home visit

Every day, at the end of the morning, home visits are made. You can request these between 08.00 - 10.00. The doctor can then visit on the same day, if necessary. Of course, it is better to come to the practice. There you can be examined and treated better than at home. So if possible, we advise you to come to the practice.
